High-precision extrusion
The Medical Tube Extrusion Line use a 32-bit microprocessor to control the extruder temperature, with a temperature control accuracy of ±0.5℃, ensuring stable plasticization of medical-grade raw materials.
Wide material adaptability
Our production line is suitable for a variety of medical materials, including PVC, TPU, PE, PA, PP, etc. The material plasticization section is equipped with a multi-stage temperature zone independent heating system with a temperature control accuracy of ±1℃ to prevent raw material degradation or overheating.
High degree of automation
The entire line is equipped with a PLC centralized control system, which links and controls the extruder, traction machine, water tank, laser diameter measurement and cutting device. All parameters such as extrusion temperature, traction speed, and cooling time can be preset and monitored in real time.
