High drying efficiency
Our equipment adopts a high-speed hot air circulation system. The hot air evenly penetrates the entire material layer through independent air ducts, effectively avoiding the problem of uneven local drying. Secondly, the air temperature control accuracy reaches ±1℃, and it is equipped with a PID intelligent temperature control system to ensure that the plastic particles are continuously heated at a constant temperature.

Strong adaptability
The Hopper Dryer Machine can be directly used with a variety of molding equipment such as injection molding machines and extruders, and are suitable for ABS, PC, PET, PA, PMMA and other thermoplastic materials with strong hygroscopicity.

Injection molding
In injection molding production, raw materials such as ABS, PC, PA, etc. are very sensitive to moisture. The hopper dryer effectively prevents quality defects such as silver wire, bubbles, cracks, etc. from being generated during the molding process by preheating and drying the plastic particles, thereby ensuring the appearance and mechanical properties of the finished product.

Extrusion molding
Used in the extrusion production line of pipes, profiles, films, and sheets made of materials such as PE, PP, PVC, and PET, the hopper dryer can reduce the moisture content of the raw materials, avoid extrusion instability caused by gas release, and improve the surface finish and dimensional stability of the product.

Blow molding
In the production of hollow blow molding products such as chemical barrels, milk bottles, and oil cans, the drying process can prevent bubbles from remaining in the plastic melt and improve the uniformity and strength of the blow molding wall thickness.

Masterbatch and modified plastic processing
Used in the production process of modified plastics such as masterbatches, filling masterbatches, and flame retardant materials, the drying process ensures that the additives are fully integrated with the substrate, improving the product ratio stability and dispersion effect.
