Introduction

The Drip Irrigation Tape Production Line is a manufacturing system specially used for producing thin-wall drip irrigation tape, which is widely used in agricultural water-saving irrigation.

 

Features

High molding precision
The Drip Irrigation Tape Production Line adopt servo synchronous control system, and the extrusion, punching, lamination, traction, winding and other links are fully automatically linked. The built-in dripper is stably embedded in the tube through a high-precision feeding and positioning system, and the embedding accuracy error does not exceed ±0.1mm.

 

Fast production speed
Our products adopt high-efficiency screw design, high feeding, plasticizing and extrusion efficiency, and support high-speed operation.

 

Intelligent operation
The whole line is equipped with PLC control system and touch screen operation interface, which supports production parameter preset, storage and call, and simple operation.
