Efficient cooling
Our products adopt a double-cavity structure, and the inner cavity pressure-stabilizing design improves the vacuum adsorption efficiency. With a large-flow water circulation system, the cooling speed is fast, which effectively reduces the shrinkage deformation during the molding process.
Strong durability
The extruder screw and barrel are made of high-wear-resistant alloy steel. After nitriding, the hardness reaches HV>950, which can withstand long-term operation under high shear conditions and has a service life of more than 30,000 hours.
