The three models of ZJF100, ZJF300 and ZJF700 support stable conveying rates of 100kg/h, 300kg/h and 700kg/h respectively, and the maximum conveying capacity can reach 200kg/h, 450kg/h and 1000kg/h respectively, covering the different production capacity requirements of small, medium and large plastic processing lines. When the material level reaches the set upper limit, the feeding system will stop automatically; when it drops to the lower limit, the control system will restart the conveying process. This closed-loop control logic can reduce the frequency of daily intervention by operators by more than 60%, adapt to the needs of automated production, and at the same time improve process consistency and the safety of on-site operations.

Scientific power configuration, taking into account energy consumption and output stability
The power configuration of different models of motors matches their conveying load capacity. ZJF100 and ZJF300 are equipped with 1.1kW motors, and ZJF700 is 2.75kW, ensuring that the motor load rate is controlled within a reasonable range when achieving the rated conveying speed, extending the motor life and reducing energy consumption. Under the rated conveying load, the energy consumption per kilogram of material is controlled within the range of 0.01-0.02 kWh, which is more than 40% more efficient than the traditional manual feeding method, and the unit energy consumption is reduced by about 15%.
