The feeding capacity of Plastic Screw Feeder is 600kg/h (ZD-600), 1000kg/h (ZD-1000) and 2000kg/h (ZD-2000) depending on the model. Stable motor drive system ensures long-term operation
Plastic Screw Feeder is equipped with an efficient and stable motor system. The power of the feeding motor is 1.5kW (ZD-600), 2.2kW (ZD-1000) and 3kW (ZD-2000), and the power of the push motor is unified to 0.75kW. This design enables the equipment to maintain stable operation under different load conditions and provide sufficient power support, especially in a continuously running industrial environment, which can effectively avoid downtime or inefficiency caused by insufficient power.

Flexible feed pipes to adapt to different materials
Depending on the requirements of different models, the Plastic Screw Feeder is equipped with feed pipes of different diameters: 102mm for ZD-600, 114mm for ZD-1000, and 133mm for ZD-2000. The pipe design of different diameters can adapt to the transportation of materials of different particle sizes or powders, ensuring that the materials enter the subsequent processing stage smoothly. The design of the feed pipe optimizes fluidity, reduces production interruptions caused by material blockage or jamming, and ensures the long-term and efficient operation of the system.

The feed box capacity of the Plastic Screw Feeder is 80kg (ZD-600), 120kg (ZD-1000) and 150kg (ZD-2000). These feed boxes of different capacities can be selected according to the needs of different production scales, providing more flexible material storage and transportation solutions. Especially in the case of large-scale production, larger feed boxes can reduce the frequency of frequent feeding, improve the continuity and stability of production, and reduce the labor intensity of operators.
