Introduction

A Plastic Pelletizing Line is an integrated industrial system for processing plastic materials (including virgin resin, plastic waste or scrap) into uniform pellets. These pellets can be used as raw materials for various plastic manufacturing processes such as blown film, injection molding, pipe extrusion and sheet production.

High-efficiency and energy-saving production system
Our products are equipped with permanent magnet synchronous motor drive system, which saves more than 25% energy compared with traditional asynchronous motors. Secondly, the power factor of the whole line is always kept above 0.95, and the comprehensive energy consumption does not exceed 0.4kWh/kg at a capacity of 500kg/h.

 

Stable extrusion
Our core extrusion system of the whole line adopts high-torque reducer and high-precision screw design, which fully plasticizes the material and melts evenly, and can stably output pellets with consistent diameter and uniform density.

 

High degree of automation
Plastic Pelletizing Line is equipped with fully automatic temperature control, pelletizing, water ring cooling, dehydration and drying systems, and the process from feeding to finished product output is automatic.

 

Various pelletizing methods
Depending on the characteristics of the material, we provide a variety of pelletizing methods such as water ring pelletizing, underwater pelletizing, strip cutting and air cooling to meet the pelletizing needs of many types of thermoplastics such as PE, PP, PS, ABS, PET, etc.

10. Hydraulic screen changing device: oil pump motor power: 2.2KW, manually controlled

11. The mold is precision made using 40Cr forging, quenching and tempering processes

Part 3 Particle dewatering machine
