Efficient mixing uniformity
The Plastic Mixing Machine use a double-helix stirring structure with a precisely designed blade angle to ensure that the materials are fully mixed in a short time. Secondly, the mixing uniformity can reach more than 98%, which is better than ordinary single-helix models (usually 90%-93%).
Precise temperature control system
Our products have a built-in PID temperature controller with an error range of ±2℃, which can adjust the heating power in real time. The heating plate is made of cast aluminum, and the thermal conductivity is 30% higher than that of stainless steel, ensuring that the materials are stably mixed at the set temperature (such as 120-200℃) to avoid material degradation caused by local overheating.
Safety protection mechanism
Our products are equipped with overload current protection and emergency brake switch, and the motor load automatically cuts off when it exceeds the rated value by 15%. The door lock adopts a pneumatic interlocking device, which cannot be started when it is not fully closed, and meets CE safety standards.
