The equipment combines washing and dehydration functions and is made of stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant. Its core structure includes a high-speed inner drum and an external drive system, which can complete the washing and dehydration process in a shorter time. The equipment is usually equipped with a programmable control system that supports the setting of multiple washing programs to meet the needs of different types of fabrics. High-speed dehydration structure optimizes water removal efficiency
The Laundry Extractor adopts a high-speed centrifugal structure. Different models of equipment can achieve a stable dehydration speed from 800rpm to 1000rpm. The TG-1000 model is equipped with a Φ1000mm drum and a 5.5kW motor, which supports high-speed dehydration of 100kg fabric. High-speed operation combined with a large-diameter drum effectively increases the centrifugal force, which can control the residual moisture of the fabric to less than 40%, and the dehydration efficiency is significantly higher than that of conventional drum equipment. This dehydration capacity can directly shorten the fabric drying time by more than 30%, which is suitable for laundry places that require high turnover.
Multi-model design adapts to different washing scales
This series of Laundry Extractors has a total of 7 models from TG-500 to TG-1800, with a single dehydration capacity covering 50kg to 180kg, and the corresponding drum diameter increases from Φ500mm to Φ1800mm, which can meet the washing tasks of institutions from small and medium-sized laundries to large hospitals, hotels, etc. Large-capacity models such as TG-1500 and TG-1800 use 8kW and 12kW power configurations. The drum size and speed parameters strike a balance between stability and efficiency, effectively avoiding efficiency loss and mechanical wear caused by insufficient or overloaded loads.
Stable body structure ensures safe operation and durability
The weight of the Laundry Extractor has been gradually increased from 300kg (TG-500) to 2300kg (TG-1800). The body mass and size are designed in proportion to the capacity to ensure that the mechanical structure remains stable under high-speed centrifugal conditions. High-load models such as TG-1800 are equipped with a Φ2700×1560mm size housing, which effectively disperses the vibration torque during operation, extends the service life of bearings and supports, and reduces the frequency of equipment maintenance. Stable operation of the equipment can reduce human intervention during operation, improve continuous work efficiency, and is suitable for industrial-grade all-weather applications.
