High-speed dehydration capability
Hospital Washing Machine has a high-speed dehydration function, with a maximum dehydration speed of 700rpm (BW-30 model), and other models also reach more than 650rpm, effectively improving the water removal efficiency. Compared with medium-speed dehydration (340rpm), the high-speed state can reduce the residual water rate of the fabric to about 50%, significantly shortening the subsequent drying time. The core of high-speed dehydration technology lies in the optimization of motor power and structural weight. For example, the motor power of BW-100 model reaches 11kW and the equipment weight is 3000kg, ensuring stability during operation, which is suitable for continuous large-scale washing needs of hospitals.
Flexible capacity configuration
Hospital Washing Machine provides multiple capacity options from 30 kg to 100 kg (BW-30 to BW-100), corresponding to drum volumes from 301L to 1000L, to meet the use needs of different departments or hospital sizes. Large-capacity models (such as BW-100) are more efficient when handling high-frequency fabric changes such as surgical gowns and bed sheets, which can reduce the number of batch changes, reduce the frequency of manual intervention, and improve the automation of the overall process. Its large-volume design combined with a constant 40rpm washing speed can keep the fabric fully turned, improve the efficiency of chemical action, and ensure the quality of cleaning.
Energy-saving design reduces operating costs
This series of products has obvious optimization in the use of resources such as electricity, water, and steam. For example, the BW-30 model consumes only 1.5kWh of electricity, 1000L of water, and 20kg of steam; even the largest model BW-100 consumes only 3.2kWh of electricity. The average power consumption per kilogram of fabric is less than 0.04kWh, and the water consumption is about 18L, which is better than the common data in the industry (power consumption 0.05\~0.06kWh/kg, water consumption 20L/kg). Through variable frequency motor control and multi-stage program setting, the system can automatically match resource usage according to fabric load and pollution level, reduce energy consumption, and adapt to the operational requirements of modern hospitals for energy conservation and emission reduction.
