Manual Spread Feeder

Manual Spread Feeder is a manual feeding device designed to accurately and evenly distribute feed or other granular materials. It has a simple structure, mainly consisting of a feeding tray, a manual drive system and an adjustment mechanism. During operation, the feeding tray is rotated by manually rotating the drive device to drive the material to be evenly spread outward. This equipment is suitable for small-scale production environments and can ensure that the material is evenly distributed in the required area, thereby improving operating efficiency.

Efficient feeding system design
GSB-3000 and GSB-3300 are equipped with efficient centrifugal fans with fan power of 1.6kW and 2kW respectively. Combined with the optimized airflow guide structure, a stable and strong airflow environment is formed at a maximum feeding speed of 50m/min, which effectively supports the smooth spreading of linens on the conveyor belt and avoids folding, knotting or piling. It is especially suitable for large-format linens such as bed sheets and quilt covers. By reducing physical intervention, the system can reduce the frequency of manual intervention by at least 40%, while improving production continuity and enhancing the spreading consistency and ironing quality of finished linens.

Automatic synchronization control mechanism
This equipment has an automatic speed adjustment function, which can realize signal linkage with various types of ironing equipment to ensure that the linen feeding speed is highly synchronized with the ironing line speed. The transmission motor and fan speed are dynamically adjusted through the frequency conversion control system, which can maintain a smooth feeding rhythm under different types of linens and ironing rhythms, and avoid piles or excessive tension caused by speed mismatch. The system improves the overall process stability, has a wide range of adaptability, and can operate stably in a variety of industrial washing lines.

Noise reduction and operation stability optimization
The GSB series products adopt a bottom-mounted low-resistance air guide structure to reduce operating noise. Through the scientific optimization of the air duct position, the equipment maintains a low noise level under high air volume operation conditions, and the actual operating noise is controlled below 65 decibels, which is about 15% lower than the traditional top-mounted air duct system. In addition, the reasonable structural center of gravity distribution (the weight of the whole machine exceeds 1100kg) ensures the mechanical stability and vibration resistance during the feeding process, significantly reducing the impact of vibration interference on the linen feeding path, thereby improving the continuity and accuracy of equipment operation.

Quick maintenance and cleaning structure
The GSB-3000 and GSB-3300 are equipped with a lower cleaning door and a drawer-type fan lint cleaning structure, which is convenient for operators to complete daily cleaning and foreign matter removal of the air duct and fan parts without disassembling the equipment. The cleaning port is designed to be close to the dust collection point of the fan, which maximizes the cleaning efficiency. Usually, a complete cleaning takes less than 3 minutes. This structural design effectively prevents the fan efficiency from decreasing, improves the exhaust stability, and reduces the risk of motor overload caused by lint accumulation, thus improving the long-term stable operation capability of the equipment from a maintenance perspective.
