How to debug industrial washing machines correctly

Automatic washing machine is a washing process controlled by a computer board. The computer board belongs to an integrated electronic control system and requires professional personnel for debugging. In addition to debugging and setting up the computer board, debugging personnel should also pay attention to some special things:
When a fully automatic washing machine requires sufficient linen washing to adjust it, it is necessary to maintain sufficient capacity of linen cloth in the fully automatic washing machine. For example, a 100KG fully automatic washing machine should be filled with linen cloth as much as possible and ensure that there are 80-90KG of linen cloth in the drum of the fully automatic washing machine. If there is insufficient or no linen fabric in the washing machine, it cannot be debugged. It is possible that the washing machine has good stability during idle operation and will not shake. When washing linen cloth in practice, especially during shedding and high shedding in the washing machine, the shaking of the washing machine is very severe. This is because during the debugging process, the original linen fabric fell off.

2. According to the power of the automatic washing machine, choose the appropriate wire. There are many washing equipment in the laundry rooms of hotels, hospitals, and schools, and many hotel laundry rooms use electric washing machines, dryers, ironing machines, etc. The characteristic of these devices is high power. As is well known, the greater the power and current of the device, the thicker the wires needed, because the cross-sectional area of the wires is proportional to the current they pass through. Debugging personnel should carefully check whether the wires are thick enough and meet the requirements when debugging equipment.
3. Conduct a detailed inspection of the boiler steam. This refers to whether the pressure of the steam supplied to the washing equipment meets the requirement of 0.4-0.6. At the same time, the air inlet of the automatic washing machine, the air inlet of the dryer radiator, and the rotary joint of the ironing machine should be carefully checked for any air leaks. The good effect of debugging is that all devices have no air leaks, and another point to note is whether the drain valves in the ironing machine and dryer are unobstructed.
The debugging personnel should set the working conditions of the washing machine, dryer, and ironing machine to a good state after debugging, so that the laundry room can work directly. In addition, they should pay attention to the training of each other's staff until the church.
