Several problems that should be paid attention to in the disassembly process of large-scale water washing equipment

When the repair plan for the fault is determined, the faulty part of the large-scale water-washing equipment is to be disassembled or replaced. The basic principles for the disassembly of large-scale washing equipment during maintenance are:

1. Where does the fault occur? Remove which part to repair. When the location where the fault occurs is not related to other connected parts, or other parts of the whole machine do not prevent the troubleshooting and repair work, try not to disassemble the whole machine or other unrelated parts to minimize the workload.

Ordinary double-barrel large-scale water washing equipment can be divided into several independent parts for dismantling, such as the washing tank part, the washing and driving part, the dehydration barrel part, the dewatering transmission part, the influent part, the drainage part, the control part and the like. Each part is independent, but it is also related to each other. If dismantling each part, it is generally necessary to remove the rear cover, water box, control panel and so on.

2. During the disassembly process of large-scale industrial washing equipment, the disassembled parts are preferably placed in order, so that the parts can be discharged in an orderly manner, which is convenient for installation and avoids the loss of parts.

3. During the disassembling process, it should be noted that the thread of the threaded connector is rotated and is generally a right-hand thread. If the thread is tightly tightened, it may continue to rotate or force in the opposite direction, which may cause the thread connection to break.

4. After unloading faulty components, a detailed and careful quality inspection should be carried out to analyze whether they can be used again after being repaired. If the service life after the repair is short or the functional requirements are not met, new parts should be replaced.
